Now it's like 3 months too late. I feel bad for not making it a year and already looking but really I shouldn't. They've had time to correct this and I know MY ass would've gotten caught and disciplined SO fast. I'm tired hah.

Like it literally makes no sense... after all those emails I sent about issues we've had, my entire team telling me their troubles and seeing very minimal honestly not much improvement after all this time just doesn't make sense...
