Yes, the main idea is to create a cozy valley environment where you want to explore and get lost in. A bit like how Eastshade did it (amazing game, I can only recommend it). It will be a mix Eastshade, Firewatch, a bit of Life is Strange in terms of overall vibey although much smaller in scope.

Thank you! It's an exploration game where you control a ball with fun abilities, explore the valley, engage with side activities like mini-games, treasure hunt, and a puzzle, and also discover your own story about nostalgia and lost dreams. The game lets you reflect and hopefully inspire you!

Yeah, that makes sense. I'm really looking forward to seeing your progress. Also I know you probably heard it quite a few times already but you are one of the reasons I make games and environemnt designs as a hobby, you're a big inspiration to me and many others :)

Btw I'm also making an open world game in Unity 6.0 URP, and dived deep for optimizations, because it ran pretty poorly, but with custom heavily customized lods, GPU Resident Drawer and GPU Occlusion Culling and other tweaks it runs with ~110fps on Ultra on a 1660ti.

Hey David! Can I ask why you decided to port it to URP? And how do you plan to recreate the visual fidelity there?

Hey! The new demo looks great, any news if it will go public and if yes, when? The game looks great btw, it really shows you put much love into őt!

On a more technical note, I'm currently seriously considering rewriting the movement script and other scripts to support the "new" input system in Unity. I just tried it out in a new project and it is amazing. Bit harder to set up but so much more flexible later.
