Todays “card I’ve been thinking a lot about” is doubling season.
Doubling the number of +1/+1 or creature tokens is pretty straightforward and very powerful. But being able to ult some Plainswalkers the turn they enter the battlefield can straight up just win you games.

It may seem underwhelming but think of it this way.
You hold 3 mana and plan to counter something your opponent plays, only they don’t play it. Now you can flashback think twice on their end step and that mana wasn’t wasted!
