It’s my first day back after my stoma threw a wobbly and tried for the umpteenth time to hospitalise me.

My bowel fimbrated 10 years ago I barely survived sepsis, ended up with a permanent stoma. Wife at the time then decided to sleep with another guy - I was left in Ireland borderline suicidal.
Now Im a multiple broken non binary NHS worker with lots of baggage 😂 & a cute kid)

My bowel fimbrated 10 years ago I barely survived sepsis, ended up with a permanent stoma. Wife at the time then decided to sleep with another guy - I was left in Ireland borderline suicidal.
