Never assume the media have read the entire study. Around 70% of health claims lack sufficient evidence, so always check how the research was done, who was involved, and if it’s reliable before trusting any nutrition headline. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I'm Krisha, a premed/optometry major. I'm taking this course to learn how nutrition affects vision, curious how eating patterns can impact eye health. One question I have is how diet can lower future vision risks. Healthy eating=balance and my favorite food is enchiladas! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
