There's nothing specifically Australian about the joke they're making, I think it's probably something that might apply anywhere. It's just told in such a lame CrackerMilkian way that it sucks. Don't worry you're not "missing" anything, CrackerMilk is just failing at humour as usual.

I guess they're implying that asking for an order change is... very embarassing, and... that's the joke? Given that it's CrackerMilk, and their humour is always 100% unfunny rubbish, this total non-joke of a joke is not surprising.
