The incredible @erindowning.bsky.social visited my school today! She did 4 presentations, had lunch with 50 kids, and signed over 100 books! I’m so happy my students got to see her in action!

Book talked this gorgeous book to my 5th graders today! I felt so many emotions as Sparkle navigates an Alopecia diagnosis. How will she fulfill her dreams of stardom without hair? What will her friends and classmates think? Such beautiful and important story by @lakitawilson.bsky.social!
