World leaders, hear me out. Like a toddler having a tantrum, you need to ignore him. Start a group chat without him. Don’t invite him to your party. Ghost him. He just wants attention. Without it, the tantrum fades away. Try it for one week. Together. What do you have to lose?!

More than one person I know this week said “I don’t know who Kendrick Lamar is and I couldn’t understand him.” Absolute proof that I, myself, am very old.

I live in the northern U.S. Folks in warm climes…we are lying to you if we say “it’s not that bad” or “we are used to it.” In reality, my toes are freezing, my nose is cold, and I’m bored out of my mind from being stuck inside. It really sucks.

My dad used to worry about kids not learning cursive because we wouldn’t be able to read the constitution. I never understood why that mattered until now. (Miss you, dad.)

For reasons too embarrassing to describe, I sat in the middle of my kitchen floor today. It reinforced that getting a different perspective on the world is ridiculously important. I saw dirt I had never seen before!
