потому что если их включить, то был шанс получить другую крайность — засуху. В итоге дождались, что насосы затопило и их уже не включить. Так и ждали пока само уйдет. Затопило в том числе бункер-хранение Rijksmuseum, который находится в тех же дюнах, но об этом надо другой тред и больше лайков

Вообще кажется, это заслуживает треда. Кемпинг Баккум — пожалуй, самое близкое к "дачам" у голландцев. Летняя жизнь в сосновом бору в часе от Амстердама, свои особенности и своя атмосфера. Поехали 🏕️

Because the US gov't has spent 30 years telling us how horrible China is, but....their groceries are cheap, high quality, and plentiful (they're eating lobster and crab on a Monday at lunch, not an anniversary dinner). Their jobs provide incredible, varied, healthy lunches and an hour to eat them..
