We are not safer, more powerful, or more effective, without non-military presence on the ground. and military is not suited to do the job these organizations do.

We just took a devastating hit to our soft power for military ops. If we don't have good relations on the ground in these countries when things go kinetic, our military edge is degraded, before during and after the fight happens!
