Not me over thinking going overnight in a few days in a hospital for procedure. Being neurospicy... the online instructions say no suitcase. But on the phone the nurse said I can bring a small bag. Should have asked how small....lol.

Man it's been a while since I've been on here. Time keeps slipping away. Anyhow surgery is only 13 days away. The only thing I need to do now is just show up day of....just want to finally get this over with so I can eventually get around normal again

About a month out from some major surgery. Currently out on medical leave until then. Finding out many friendships just aren't. Sad to find out people I care for and respect, and would do any thing for. Don't reciprocate. Sigh. I'll muddle thru somehow.

So sad my local Joanns is closing. Popped in for what might be my final time due to my upcoming surgery. Some stuff 50% and they haven't really started with a lot of clearance yet.

Someone on here was commenting on their tiny non updated family vacation house. And they are grateful they didn't update.
Mom.sold our full season house on the cape. For just under a million around 10 yrs ago. Owner torn it down it's now worth just shy of 3million. Welp can never buy the land now.😭😭

Oh my heavens didn't think it was going to be a problem to have my cat being taken care of while I recover from surg but apparently... this should have been told to me several months ago. Smh. I'd have a pet sitter come here but he'll be a tripping hazard.

This OA is kicking my butt. Esp at work can't stand for too long. Can't sit at work. Hoping the meeting with the ortho surg on Tuesday will be fruitful. Have intermittent fml but it's unpaid. Wiped a bunch out already. Hoping we can opt for surg and start plan of pfml

Well with all the call outs I've had to do(darn OA). Did something productive and finished my first crocheted sweater!! Yeah it's a little big...but it's warm.🙂

After that speech I feel more helpless than ever.....and one of his first things he signed was to make sure all flags fly at full staff for all inaugurations.😡

Went to walmart to pick up a few things. I went to get the generic form of Noxzema. It only cost like $3. it is now locked up. So you have to press a button to get somebody to unlock it. then the associate has to put it in a locked storage box. To take to the cashier to get it unlocked!!!! Unreal.

Governor Maura Healey said that the state should abolish real estate broker fees that renters typically pay in order to secure a home or apartment, calling it an “easy” step toward making housing more affordable in Massachusetts’ high-cost market.
Governor Healey says Massachusetts officials should ‘abolish’ the broker fees that renters often pay - The Boston Globe
Renters in Massachusetts are typically required to pay a fee to their landlord’s broker, usually equivalent to a month’s rent, before they can move in. Healey said those should "go away."

Nothing like having a panic attack while ordering your fav makeup product and thinking the company no longer carried it.
Turns out I put in the wrong brand name... oops ... all is right, they still carry it.

I'm just amazed at all the work that goes onto all the floats at the Tournament of roses parade. Esp. Since all surfaces must be covered in organic matter.
