27, He/him, Adult Writer. I will occasionally rant about music. I will also show up weirdly often in sports discourse.

AI chuds gargle my greasy nads. Singal followers catch this block.
Mike Tomlin did his trademark thing (one of them, at least) where he willed a vastly superior team into playing like sheer dog shit for one week and thrived on their flailing.

Honestly, great skill for a coach to have.

Say Riley, I hear you like playing football.

Can the Hawks change that?

Riq Woolen redemption arc is nice. Not sure if something clicked, something healed, or the trade talk just lit a fire under his ass.

That Young Nudy album isn't AOTY or anything, but I've listened to Iced Tea about a hundred times, which counts for something

While I'm generally loathe to use Amazon, they're in stock over there. Both the brand in question and the off-brand.

I had some mild headaches and eyestrain when starting out, but I'm told that's rare. It also passed quickly and wasn't that big a deal while it was going on.

It helps not at all with the cold weather aches and pains - which I'm dealing with more and more - but the bleh, low-energy, low-motivation, mopiness is really helped with it.

I use this one for like 20 minutes (ten on each side) in the morning

Brian Flores was so deep in pocket he was touching ankle

Brian Flores so deep in his bag he's tearing a hole through the bottom.

Brian Flores is the best DC in the league and he is in his bag so far.

This a good take.

Plenty of young fucks who are this way too, though.

The thing about Bayhem is that it's a headache because every single shot, every single scene, acts like it is the most important shot and scene in the movie. Everything is shot for maximum impact all the time.

Nolan is making Bayhem! It's okay king! Make your Bayhem! Don't lie about what it is!

Like, he'll have what is supposed to be a quiet or intimate moment but the soundtrack is fucking screaming at me like YO, THIS SHIT'S IMPORTANT BRO. Or he'll make a pretty good, kinda trippy thriller and then spend the whole time telling you that you don't get it. He's a pop artist who hates pop!

I have such a love-hate relationship with Nolan. I think Oppenheimer really crystalized it for me. Nolan loves being mainstream, he loves making movies that make a ton of money (can't blame him), but I don't think he likes being seen as mainstream. I think he wants to be seen as challenging and bold

Genuinely great advice for anything and everything in life, not just coaching.

I mean, if his biggest sin is "Got absolutely victimized by 2024 Saquon" then that puts him in the same camp as basically every other DC that the Eagles faced in 2024.

If the season ended today and I'm a HC-needy team, he's my number one and second place isn't all that close. Absolutely phenomenal work he's done with a defense that has great pieces but not as many as you think. Consistently in the right spots, with the right gameplan, doing the right stuff!

I think it 100% remains true that there are only three kinds of teams. Ones in ascent, ones in descent, and ones in holding patterns.

No problem being in a holding pattern if you're on top, but you are still burning fuel! Gotta land eventually.

Klint has been great, but it's maybe a hair early on him? Shula has been excellent for what feels like a while now.

Definitely not just saying that because we love Klint and refuse to share.
