"Decision went back to states" is overturning Roe. Exactly what I said. He has repeatedly taken credit for overturning Roe. There is video of him. And he appointed the 3 justices specifically because they would.

He explicitly nominated those 3 because they would overturn Roe. And he takes credit for doing that now. That's why it is his fault.

According to ProPublica, she wasn't an inpatient. To win medical malpractice claim in TX against an emergency room, family would have to prove "wilfull and wanton negligence" which is more difficult to prove, particularly, when TX law criminalizes most abortions.

You are kidding, right? Who do you think appointed and then confirmed 3 justices to the Supreme Court that overturned Roe? President Biden doesn't control Supreme Court decisions, and if he did, they would all be violating their oath to the Constitution.
