If one thing I have learned in the past 5+years since my Family Dr dropped me (that is a story), you need to advocate for yourself and needs. Don't wait for others or the system, you will not get the help needed.

I was 30km short of 1500km (on my bike)… made it a goal to make that happen yesterday. The bike is up for the year. Go for it!

We got 30km in today. We crossed paths on the walking bridge. It was a nice day to get out, for us, one last time for the year.

The screen was set up for Tuesday's game. They were showing the pregame stuff when I was leaving at 8. There were not many people outside watching.

It has been like this on the Northside all summer. The detour on riverside drive is very narrow on the bridge. Then there are no signs for the closure on the pow wow grounds.

We did the indoor park off season... No one was there. Great you say... NO! There are no line ups, you are constantly going up the stairs with no rest. At least with a line, you caught a breath or two.
