Over the years I’ve spent hours on the phone with our insurance co., which is one of the better ones. Denials, restrictions, high deductibles are still the norm.

Took me a week but I finally found my favorite Christmas decoration: a hand-crocheted angel for the top of my tree! Now I can decorate it :-)
