Now let’s look at new build housing and the fact that councils don’t adopt new estates leaving a two tier system. homeowners pay the full rate of council tax but have to pay additionally to maintain the roads, lighting etc that neighbours in adopted roads don’t pay. Even self management is costly

The only country to invoke article 5 of the nato agreement is the USA. Nato responded and came to Americas aid following 9/11. The uk lost more servicemen in Afghanistan than the USA by proportion of its population. RIP Tom Lake. We remember your sacrifice
