As a Saints fan, I want them to win, but wouldn’t be upset with a “good” loss for draft spot, 2026 schedule, and, of course, to f*ck over TB, Mike Evans in particular.

To play devil’s advocate, these two teams have won 7 straight games combined. Shough is playing better than any offensive rookie behind a preseason roster. Both teams seem to be playing with a lot of energy as well. I think we get a hard fought, energetic, exciting game. There are reasons to watch.

Obviously the Saints will have QB conversations, but if Shough continues to trend favorably they absolutely will not need to draft a QB. From a rookie QB standpoint, Shough, in limited starts has arguably progressed the most.

Obviously could be fool’s gold. If he doesn’t regress, I don’t see NO drafting a QB with their first pick.

The fact that SG Goodman, and her band, is the opener on this tour is just ridiculous. IMHO she dropped one of the best albums of 2025. From a talent, creativity, originality, etc standpoint she runs laps around Jesse Welles. But I get the “why”.
