Oh sure. I think that is one of the “downsides” to making the remake this way. They’re building the narrative in such a way that things won’t make sense unless you have the complete story, which is frustrating given how long games take to make nowadays. 😅

Yeah, it’s hard to even go back to the original now. Rebirth alone made it so much tougher. That world map is everything I’ve ever wanted out of the FF7 map. It’s not perfect but damn close to how I envisioned it as a kid.

Yeah I’m really looking forward to part 3. Slowly starting a replay of Rebirth to get myself psyched for it too. Haha

As an avid FF7 enjoyer things like this make me really believe the remake trilogy will end up being a better experience than OG. Now THATS an unpopular opinion with some crowds 👀🤣

Yeah. Exploration in that game is extremely fun. And I can’t wait to see how it evolves in Yotei whenever I can get around to that game.

Tsushima is absolutely worth clearing first. It’s such an incredible game. The back half is where it really picks up in my opinion too.

I replay way more games over starting new ones. Same with shows sometimes too. It’s always easy to slide into something familiar. 😆🤣

Yeah I think so too. And like you, I’m here for it, but I also wanna know more and see more too. 🤣🤣

Capcom is also doing some stuff separately before TGA so I would imagine that we see more from Capcom directly. Tokyo Game Show is next up and then they’re doing a special thing at NY Comic Con in October so it could be sooner than we think.

I still never played LR. I wanted to especially because of all the FF7 stuff you could get as a preorder bonus but yeah. Maybe someday I’ll get to enjoy the trilogy as a whole.

That’s just totally wrong. I’m slightly offended too. It completely refined the system established in XIII. The time travel stuff got a little weird at times but it was a great story. And Caius was a brilliant villain. Need a proper remaster asap.

XIII-2 is one of the best FFs period IMO.

That’s fair. I’ve heard mixed things about it for sure. I’ve been itching to play RE Village again with RE9 news coming out, but I may also wanna play RE7 first. Been too long.

Also gotta make it easier to find physical copies! I had to get all mine on Amazon. And I had to get a European copy of XC2 and Torna. 😅
