There's this feeling of "I should continue my work but right now I am really enjoy drawing on this piece" even though it might be a "waste of time" but it actually feels good. I think sometimes it matters the most to just give in, and do what you really like to do no matter what.

this is what I tell myself people think when I zoom in on my art and see how untidy it is 😭seeing it come from someone else gives me hope
I love artworks where you zoom in and see that they're all erratic paint strokes and brush marks that look incoherent but seeing it as a whole looks so polished and refined and detailed and god I just love art
