UPDATE: A hearing over whether to block Missouri's abortion ban and restrictions is scheduled for Dec. 4, a Jackson County judge rules.
It's a tight deadline for providers who want to reopen clinics Dec. 5. Missouri AG's Office says it will be pushing to move the case out of KC to Jeff City.
