Wondering how many hairstylists did family hair on Thanksgiving 🙋🏼‍♀️

When manufacturers are selling more N’s than anything else in their lines and claiming the cover gray hair 100 percent - why aren’t we more suspicious when then also sell us NN’s claiming they are formulated specifically for gray hair? 🤔 The hair industry is getting shellacked.

I decided to try a sober lifestyle and didn’t look back.

I can’t say all problems go away when you ditch alcohol.

But I will say everything in my life has improved, and my capacity for what I hold and do has grown.

It’s not about the obstacle, it’s about how you respond to the obstacle.

We are never stuck.

Defining your culture, modeling the values and sharing it consistently will attract your people.

Those who get this part don’t ever post the “now hiring sign,” because their people just find them.

If you’re going to spend time worrying about something, you might as well spend an equal amount of time getting excited about something too.

Personal development is the magic wand to business growth.

I played my 8 year old in chess tonight, I had 10 of his pieces and he started crying. It breaks my heart but inspired the conversation “you’re learning and getting better by losing. Soon you will win.” I’m confident he will play me again. Just not tonight. 😅

It’s so easy to look at what’s going wrong in your salon business, but when was the last time you celebrated that milestone? That been project! The check mark that stayed on your list for 6 months?
