Why can Congress not pass a law restricting the arming of customs and immigration personnel. A minimum could be authorized for extreme situations but in general the use of lethal force obviously should not be up to their unqualified intelligence.

And yet they have denied a judge’s order to return him because they say he is not in their possession and is in El Salvador so is outside the judge’s jurisdiction. A case of contempt if there was ever one.

Mr Vance - judges not can but are required to override ANY executive action that is in contravention of the Constitution. It is one way we stop despots and crackpots from declaring themselves king and unlimited rulers to the detriment of others. You and the turd should not ignore this.
