so idk if i can loosen my flow up in terms of that. i think that's always going to be an inherent flaw with how i conceptualise art.
if you mean just general poses, then that's something i'm working towards. i guess i could channel my inner Araki and do batshit fashion model poses lmfao but yeah.

well i'm not quite sure if i know what you mean with flow. i have an issue with rigid poses in terms of my choices, but idk if that's what you mean. if you mean in regards to how i "build" characters, i think that's just how my approach is, honestly. i had someone tell me it was "action figure"-y.

my general thoughts on my work is a little too complex to compress into a bsky post. i just hope my work is passable and not looking like ass. and if it looks like ass, i just want people to tell me and at least clue me into issues in my work lol. that's all.

indeed. honestly i look at this and i can't tell you what is whack... i think it's fine. sure, right guy's head is amorphous and not in my usual bird head style; and the hand holding is a little scuffed. i'm just speaking more broadly about the stuff i've been working on and my recent output lol.

i guess the main point was to draw something with muscles since it's been a while. i'm hella rusty lol and i think my anatomy is whack now. idk, what do y'all think i guess lol.
also i'm just gonna admit it but giving these kinda guys mascara / eyelashes is so much fun lol.

not quite sure who they are or if they're on here.
but it was a fun way to raincheck a day, anyway! i might actually sign up for the next one but i am "thoroughly washed", so perhaps a goal of mine for 2026 is maybe do some SA relearning and running? hmm, maybe.

it's very difficult for me to define unambitious, though. i think it's more that i feel my work is very same-y. perhaps it's a perspective thing again. whatever it is, i hope to try to shake things up in 2026.
