He looks like the President of the American Haberdasher Society.
It reminds me of the people who insist at screaming at Pride Event protesters. It is exactly what they want and making yourself into the shrill bully feeds their oppression complex. Being polite to them and ignoring them has far more impact.

Also Starlink is an entity separate than SpaceX, which launches them for free. Musk is dependent on the government because the commercial space sector IS a money loser and his investors are banking on long term government contracts.
