Incredible finale to the trilogy!
Katniss experiences a lot of growth & tragedy. She shows incredible intelligence, seeing Coin is different but no better than Snow.

-Full of intricacies
-Realistic war & strategy, training, PTSD, survivor mode, etc.
-Character arcs come full circle

Lots of detail & moving parts that culminate into a revolution. The foreshadowing is immaculate & I love all the character interactions. From start to finish, this book cleverly lays the groundwork & lights the flame to the entire rebellion. This might be my favorite of the series.

I love this book. Incredible plot, original & thought-provoking read, with relevant & explicitly stated politics. Beautifully written.

-Phenomenal characters, even the minor ones stand out
-Detailed & descriptive setting & world building
-Multilayered, action packed, epic scope

I didn't love this one. It was okay. I felt like the layout and plot points were disorganized & incomplete, and the timeline was kind of disjointed.
I liked Christian's growth, Ana's badassery, and that there was more action and higher stakes.

I have mixed feelings on this one. The input from Ana's multiple internal selves is confusing at times.
I love Ana's character! She is driven and sophisticated & relatable. I enjoyed the story and am excited to continue the series.

This is such a cute take on the time-loop trope! It's simple, yet profound; Mark & Margaret against the world.
I also enjoyed Grossman's afterward, and the movie his work inspired. It made me consider time & dimension in a way I hadn't thought of before.
