Ugh phone anxiety is the WORST, I used to have it really bad, until I found out the hard way my colleagues weren't gonna make phone calls for me 😭😭😭 Just gotta make a script, and keep reminding yourself it's literally their job to make appointments for you, so they won't be mad or weirded out 💙
