Not that hard. And the precedent has already been set. A single executive order from the next responsible president can say everything that Trump has done is null and void and hereby reversed to its state prior to any executive order he issued and his name redacted from all records.

I respectfully disagree. Without any consequences, the process becomes meaningless and the “truth” becomes distorted by those using the lack of consequences to their advantage.

Are they implying that any time a special attorney is appointed for a case of an individual it would be selective and vindictive? That does not seem like a court would look favorably on that argument as special prosecutors are often appointed for a specific purpose.
