I do try to go to bed at a reasonable time usually but sometimes I feel like I have to do a little decompressing at the end of the day. Sometimes I'll write, draw, or play games. Sometimes I'll get so invested I don't even realize that I have completely destroyed my sleep schedule.

I've been busy with game dev stuff and, inversely, my comic making has greatly suffered.

I'm a very technical toast maker. I have the toaster set to brown the bread to the perfect golden color. Unfortunately, it seems like the toaster will randomly make things ... darker ... than expected.

My dad rescued one from being tossed out when the place he worked at was upgrading. My first programming job was at that same place also!

I had a rough couple of weeks the last month or so where it just felt like everything had been piling up. It amazed me when my kids pull stuff like this on you. You can never know for sure whether they are just listening to you or they actually hear you. They still surprise me. #webcomics

I'm going to say it. Fundraiser popcorn has no right being this delicious.

I pick up and put down a lot of game dev projects depending on my mood. I'm currently grinding on a traditional roguelike to see if the concept of having one based on mech battles would be fun. I've got the basics of a roguelike going but not so much mech battles yet. #godot #gamedev

I'm on vacation and got the urge to do a comic so I used my eink writing tablet. It's a little rougher and the lack of colors doesn't help but it gets the job done.

I'm decent with mathematics but I'm a far more competent developer. When I need to know the statistics on how certain game mechanics works with certain dice I tend to create a utility to simulate and spit out the results. And, darn it, if I've got 8 cores then I'm going to use them!!

There are two types of people: those that take the last piece and leave the top, and those that get really mad when they open the now empty container...
