It’s an incredible success of ADA+IDEA: many disabled students can make it to college now. We should be thrilled to have student pool that better reflects society and shows the benefits of inclusion and accommodations in k-12. Celebrate that we have so many disabled students! This is a win.

recently went to an event with my (upstate) state legislator and she was talking about the NYC election and debates 😅 -- but also appreciated her explanation to folks who were maybe confused by that-- it's the largest city in the state and country!
