I woke up today to pouring rain. However, it didn’t deter my plans to go to the No Kings rally in Cadillac. I layered up. I used a walker so I could rest my legs when I got tired. It was wonderful. There were even more people this time. I used my old sign but added a new design to the back.

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of fixing broken pottery. A wall hanging of mine got broken so my son tried “fixing” it. I said it is amazing that there can be beauty in broken pieces and people. We are all broken in some capacity and it is in our broken parts that our true beauty emerges. 💕
