A nice stroll through the park today. I don’t ever get to explore often, but when I do, I may or may not spend the whole day doing so.

This really long thread may seem like there’s a lot to writing a detailed pcr, but with time and practice, writing one gets pretty easy. Moreso with approved acronyms. I.e. below is a mock pcr of a 40 y.o. male having an asthma attack.
