The research into the lymphatic system amazes me. I’ve been doing consistent full body lymphatic massage for the past year and it’s made a significant difference in the amount of swelling, inflammation, and pain that I have in my joints and overall. Seeing it has an impact on IIH makes sense.

The research into the lymphatic system amazes me. I’ve been doing consistent full body lymphatic massage for the past year and it’s made a significant difference in the amount of swelling, inflammation, and pain that I have in my joints and overall. Seeing it has an impact on IIH makes sense.
When my mama first saw our new place it scared her at how much work there was to be done BUT then I sent her pics from the living room window at sunset✨ Can’t wait for the scaffolding to be gone…in a few years 🫠
