I think it's important to try to make each day matter as much as possible. To be OK if they aren't all good, but to try to increase the amount of good or fine days we get for us and for others.

We only have so many moments, and too quickly the time we were there will pass. Enjoy those moments.

There will come a day you are looking back on them and go 'I can never be that person again' or 'I can never be in that moment again'.

Which is fine sometimes, as often you'll be wiser and that can feel a lot better. But... try to appreciate the moment you're in, and remember how that moment feels.
