So this shows up in my in-box, inviting me to order advance tickets for the 2026 Shaw Festival season in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Except no casting has been announced yet. Actors aren't interchangeable cogs. As a former theatre publicist, the decision to sell before sharing casting seems very odd.

Our #Stratford #garden came with a couple established Annabelle #hydrangea bushes and until now I've not had luck with them lasting as cut #flowers: These were cut on Saturday, and it's now Thursday, so five days in without wilt. I used rain-barrel water in the vases, so that might be the trick?

The first harvest of the black #raspberries. These started as a single thorny stalk in an under-tree garden in our front yard that has now spread this year to multiple thorny stalks. A certain #Bichon loves many fruits and has now added black raspberries to her lip-licking treat list. #DogsOfBluesky
