That's the problem, isn't it. They're not doing the job they were elected for. US voters are woefully absent in non-general and non-presidential election races... and then cry foul when they don't see policy change. But sure, let's just keep the status quo to avoid picking a fight.

Maybe we should all be less concerned w who the president is and far more focused on who our Congressional, state, and local representatives are. You know, the ones who can actually make policy to shepard in the progress we hope for...
