Everyone from Hegseth down to the fellow who hit the button to fire the missile committed at least a double-murder following a manifestly unlawful order that is used *as the example* of a manifestly unlawful order.

They should all go to jail, presumably for life (I don't support the death penalty).

I really don't know what else to write about these details we're getting.

These strikes were already illegal, but even if they were legal, the follow-up strike would still be murder and thus potentially a death penalty offense.

What else is there to say?
