Thanks, Jeff. I appreciate your point of view. Many of us in nearby neighbourhoods support this project for all of the benefits it will bring. I live very close to the proposed development site and I’m also a longtime runner and I have never even been to this site to use the green space.

Jeff, are scooters permitted on the LRT, as bikes are?

Also, how can the El Camino continue to be the horrible traffic sewer it is, year after year. Where is the world class tram paired with fabulous protected bike lanes, giving people on the peninsula actual options? It is shocking to see the inability to change or reimagine what it could be.
