He also told me that in a weird way, the 4th Amendment requirements are watered down for ICE if you’re within 100 miles of an entry point to the US. And international airports count as entry points. So that’s what I know, will post updates as I get more info.

You can always tell the police no, it’s private property, and a warrant is required. there’s an exception for an exigent circumstance (like evidence is going to be destroyed, there’s a risk of harm to people, etc.) But litigating it is a whole other thing.

The video, which appears quite damming, doesn’t show enough to be irrefutable proof according to my friend. The larger issue is that the homeowner would have to sue and prove harm.

A friend is an attorney for the city of Saint Paul, I've asked him about the legality of this. Seems to me you are correct Eileen, they are in clear violation of her rights as the property owner (and threatening her with arrest is ridiculous) but I will report back!
