Blizz would be hard pressed to make their mtx as bad as PSO2.
People's issues with MTX is not a convo I want to have though, as people won't agree. My issue the last couple days has just been people dooming over Hearthsteel, and spreading their perceival of it as fact.

Ever notice buying WoW tokens is individual payments, that you can't just select to bulk buy multiple, with each payment taking a while and requiring confirmation? Imagine Blizzard releases a fancy chair that you want multiple of. Going through that purchase for each chair would be tedious.

That due to High Elves/Blood Elves in said factions, that's basically already the case due to the history between them and the Amani.

It is unfortunate that there's so many things with FFXIV that make people feel the need to mod it to fix. But in some ways I feel people got carried away with mods as well, Mare was a terrible idea, security wise.

And it's so often missed, it's largely forgotten. But I will not stand for missing Heel-toes.
