這週的立院總預算審議，看了讓人怒髮衝冠，大罷免各地開花，和爸媽聊起這事，我們一方面慶幸當初自己認真投票，因此沒有可罷免對象，另方面想像需要罷免連署時，大家猛地搖頭，這是件過於傷心傷肝的事，拒絕再想像下去。

第11屆立委自2/01就任後，藍白立委就不斷在毀憲亂政，聽從中國共產黨指揮要拖垮台灣，我真的很氣我3票選出的立委被藍白立委羞辱、暴打，台灣海峽沒蓋蓋子，這麼喜歡中國就搬過去住，沒有人勉強你留在台灣。

On 12/20, KMT and TPP legislators plan to push through a controversial bill. Taiwanese people and DPP legislators are defending democracy. KMT legislators have resorted to violence, even threatening to set fire to DPP legislators, injuring one DPP legislator who was hospitalized.

The CCP, through KMT and TPP legislators, plans to push through laws tomorrow to paralyze the Constitutional Court, confiscate recall rights, and drain central finances. Taiwanese are protesting against parliamentary dictatorship and opposing the KMT and TPP selling out Taiwan.

咆哮、辱罵、貶低同事的行為，讓對方覺得人格受到侮辱貶低的感受，這行為算不算是職場霸凌?

目前我國法規並無職場霸凌的規範；國際勞工組織(ILO)第190號禁絕工作領域暴力與騷騷公約及相關建議書，另外ILO調查報告發現職場暴力(包含霸凌)全球出現增加的趨勢。

勞動部勞動力發展署分署1名公務員在辦公室自殺身亡，除了懲處相關失職主管人員，國家是否藉此全面檢討法規，增修勞動法規，保障勞動權益，讓憾事不再發生，或減少發生的機會?
