At Confuzzled, there was someone entering with their pole, doing a pole dance at the dance competitions. The logistics of getting a pole for one performance is sadly a lot. So having an event where a proper pole is provided would indeed be very cool.

I feel like some folks would be happier in furry if people realized that this community is a loose federation of many, many smaller collectives and if you are at odds with everybody around you the solution is not to make broad proclamations about "the fandom" but to actually find your people
