I’m still dealing with my parents’ junk. This has given me new a perspective on my own consumer behavior. I now ask myself “is this something anyone going to want when I die?” I look at my Figma collection and shake my head…💀🫠

I ordered a Christmas present for myself then canceled it after deciding it was a “want” that I have no space for.

So… the price of turkey parts is ridiculous. Usually I only buy parts of a turkey for thanksgiving. Legs, wings, and thighs were practically free. We’d buy a bunch of wings and freeze them. Sticker shock today at $8 for a single raw turkey leg.
