Hearing I’ll Be Your Baby Tonight reminds me I should’ve voted for Robert Palmer’s fantastic cover of Mercy Mercy Me/I’ll Be Your Baby Tonight medley from his album around 1990. It’s awesome if you haven’t heard it. There’s a YouTube of him doing it on The Arsenio Hall Show. #XPNCountdown

I've still never heard Vanilla Fudge's cover of "You Keep Me Hangin' On" and will have to check it out as I missed it. I did however vote at #10 Kim Wilde's version, which I love and reminds of a fun spring/summer of 1985, so I put it on over other #11's that were more worthy. 🤫 #XPNCountdown
