I absolutely agree. Not to the same extent as Twitter, but unfortunately we could say the same about Facebook, Instagram & TikTok. Spotify & Apple, too - I mean, they host & monetize Andrew Tate’s podcast, etc. I just don’t think it’s fair to *single out* our BC gov’t for doing it.

For better or worse, a large number of ‘regular’ people & businesses still use it (Henry Winkler’s still on the thing, after all… 😆) - and figuring all of our major municipal/provincial/federal parties & gov’ts are still on it, I don’t see the harm in them broadcasting their content like this there.

It wasn’t our gov’t that posted the illegal intimate image. There is a victim of some sort of revenge p*rn on X, and she is saying that’s against #BCPoli law & they’re trying to do something about it.

I’m assuming it’s confidential at this point… 😂
