We often make our own cages by following rules that don’t serve us.

Rules are tools, but we often see them as walls that confine us.

Today I’m going to break the rules that don’t serve me so I can get more done.

Sadly, one day, it's likely your brain won't work like it does today. You may have already experienced some days like this. One day you may even eventually be unable to write. One day:

You'll be slower and less focused

Your creativity may be hampered.

Write like that day is tomorrow.

There are way too many people asking how much they should pay a publisher to "self-publish" their book. The answer is: $0.00.

I'm including an image of Jazzy, my orange tabby cat, just so you know this is a serious post.

My cat is going to self-publish his book because time is something you can never get back.

TL;DR If you write, you're still a "real" writer.

But where do you look when inspiration tries to hide from you?
