The US “move to conquer South America” is very much tied to rare earths and other critical minerals. And Donald Trump Jr. does have a hand in it: he’s a partner in a rare‑earth startup, Vulcan Elements, which just secured a record $620 million Pentagon contract to build out U.S. supply chains.
