The thing is we have a couple of players in particular that tend to come on as subs and consistently don’t put the effort in to stop crosses , if they did the balls into the box would reduce significantly. Molumby is right to castigate them

It helps if you put substitutes on that are willing to work hard at stopping the opponents from playing the ball forward and stopping crosses , that way you defend the penalty area a lot less .

CC likes to set up his team to protect themselves from a breakaway should they lose possession which tends to a slower build up and possession game , wolves are set up to catch teams on transition with quick breaks . Wrong bloke for them
