Noteably, the bill sitting before the Senate no longer includes the provision added by US Rep Escobar to ensure naturalized citizens born outside of the USA can not be detained nor deported (SS Miller made sure the provision was removed). Mr. Fetterman's own wife could be deported by this standard.
