Unfortunately the devs really obviously ran out of time/budget by the endgame, but there’s so much special about it up to that point that I can’t help but wholeheartedly recommend it anyway

I have to shoutout Infinite Space because it’s one of the most unique and well-realized games I’ve ever played! It also has an insane amount of recruitable characters, but it’s impressively focused on player agency in general; the plot is also fantastic and rarely pulls its punches
