This figure captures how challenging the #cryoEM analysis was, but it doesn't capture the challenges we had to solve in molecular biology, biochemistry, purification, and functional testing. Every step was hard! So glad to see it available.

Matt has been advocating for this, so I’m not too surprised. I’ve been playing around with Claude code the last few weeks & I’m very impressed. Going from writing code to executing a research plan is a switch, but claide code is largely about project management & tool use, so it’s a natural fit.
